How We Got Here

2017

The Basement Days

Started training folks in my cramped garage with secondhand equipment and a whole lot of ambition. Had maybe six regular clients who believed in what we were building - just raw, no-nonsense training that actually worked.

2019

First Real Space

Scraped together enough to lease a small spot downtown. Nothing fancy - concrete floors, basic rig, but it was OURS. Word spread fast when people saw what proper programming and genuine coaching could do.

2021

Pandemic Pivot

Yeah, lockdowns hit hard. But we adapted - online coaching, outdoor sessions in the rain, whatever it took. Lost the lease but kept every single client. Proved this wasn't just about the space, it was about the community we'd built.

2023

Terminal Avenue Era

Finally landed our current facility. 8,000 square feet of pure training heaven. Olympic platforms, full conditioning area, proper recovery zone. This is where elite athletes and everyday warriors train side by side.

2025

Right Now

We've trained over 400 athletes, helped dozens qualify for provincial and national competitions, and built something I'm genuinely proud of. But honestly? We're just getting warmed up.
